The International Space Academy, or better known as just the Space Academy, is an Academic and Leadership Training Organization, Operated by the International Space Agency, I.S.A. The purpose of this Academy is to prepare men and women from many Nations, Cultures, Organizations, and Backgrounds, to becoming the best trained space sector personnel in the world. They will excel in the areas of Space Science, Space Technology, Space Physics, Astronomy, Space Operations, and Leadership Skills. Graduates of the International Space Academy will, if selected, serve as International Space Agency, I.S.A. personnel. Also, Non-ISA Personnel such as Contractors, Private Citizens, and Commercial Personnel may also attend short term programs at the Academy. This will be instrumental in providing uniform training programs, common culture and language, and a means to insure standardized operational philosophy, which will insure the success and safe operation of all future international space projects & missions conducted by the International Space Agency, I.S.A. , on the behalf of its Member Nations, and many Member Organizations. Such Programs and Missions like International Lunar Bases and Manned Missions to Mars, and Future International Mars Bases, Facilities, and Exploration. Also an advanced International Space Station & Facility beyond the present scope and scale of the present International Space Station (ISS) operated by NASA. These efforts, and those like them, will all need and require Resources, Infrastructure, Training, and a Core Culture which presently does not exist, and is why the International Space Agency, I.S.A. is working hard to establish the International Space Academy.
