All candidates "Representatives" for the Space Regulation Commission ( S.R.C. ), must have the direct written approval of the "Head Of State" of the S.R.C. Representatives Country or Government.

The "Term of Office" of an S.R.C. Representative is Generally 4 Years, However the "Term of Office" of any S.R.C. Representative is based on the "Written Agreement" between the International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ) Organization, and the Sponsoring Country or Government, and "May Be" longer or shorter as required, and as mutually agreed by all parties concerned.  Any S.R.C. Representative may be replaced "Only" by "Written Approval" from the "Head of State" of the S.R.C. Representatives Country or Government.  This S.R.C. Representative shall "Fully Represent" the "Head of State" of the Sponsoring Country or Government, "In Official Person, In Official Voice, and In Official Signature" and "Only" the "Head of State" may "Overrule or Change" these "Decisions, Actions, or Signature".

The purpose of the S.R.C. Representative, is to represent the "Official Voice" and "Official Decisions & Actions" of any "Supporting" or "Member" Countries or Governments of the International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ).  Also to act as an "Official Point of Contact" for all "Parliamentary Activities, Official Negotiations, Signatory Agreements or Treaties, and Official Day-to-Day Operational Decisions".

 

Candidate Applications ( Space Planning Commission - S.R.C. )

All candidates "Representatives" for the Space Planning Commission ( S.P.C. ), must have the direct written approval of the "Highest Level Officer" of the S.P.C. Representatives Corporation, Institute, or Organization.

International Space Agency ( I. S. A. ) *Organization* Administrative Offices

The International Space Administration is the Executive Branch of the International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ) Organization, and is responsible for the Day-to-Day Executive Leadership, Administration, Operations, and Obligations of the I.S.A. Organization.

Presently, the International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ) Organization is in Phase 3 of its development, and is now at this stage of development, organized as a 501c.3 Non-Profit Corporation, Governed by a Board of Directors, and which is Incorporated in New York State in the United States of America.  The I.S.A. Organization had its genesis in 1982 by the I.S.A. Founder, Mr. Rick R. Dobson, Jr., and was formally Founded in 1986, and Officially Incorporated in N.Y. in 1990 as a Non-Profit Corporation.  Today the I.S.A. Organization is Officially Seeking International Treaty & Charter Status by the Governments of the World Community and Direct Involvement of the Private Sector & Non-Government Organizations Globally.  In this "Final Stage" of the Organizations Planned Development, it will enter Phase 4.

Must Be:  At least 21 years of age at the time of application.     Must Have:  University or College Degree; or posses 6 years of Leadership or Supervisory Experience; or have the Signed Recommendation of 4 sitting I.S.A. Board Members and then a 4/5ths vote of the sitting I.S.A. Board of Directors.     Must Provide:  1) Full Legal Name  2) Full Legal Address  3) Home & Work Numbers  4) Personal & Work Email  5) Date of Birth  6) Resume & 5 Years Credentials  7) One page outline of "Why You Want To Be A Part Of The I.S.A. Leadership"  8) Signed & Legally Witnessed or Notarized letter Officially Requesting to be considered as a Candidate for the Board of Directors.  9) Signed Recommendation of 1 sitting Member of the I.S.A. Board of Directors or an Executive Level Officer of the I.S.A. Organization.  10)  Application must be sent by Certified or Registered Postal Mail and "All Documents" must be originals in the Applicants Hand Writing or Signed & Notarized by the Applicant.  *Board Of Advisors Candidates may be appointed by the Chairman, only need 50% or greater votes of the sitting I.S.A. Board of Directors to be confirmed.

 

Legal Notice: An Applicants Application As A Candidate For The I.S.A. Board Of Directors In No Way Insures Suitable Qualification Or Final Acceptance.  The Final Decision Whether A Candidate Will Be Confirmed As A Member Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors, Rests Fully & Finally In A 4/5ths Majority Vote Of The Sitting I.S.A. Board Of Directors.  The Chairman Of The Board Of Directors May Appoint Conditional Board Members For Terms Less Than One Year, As Needed & Required, But Such Appointed Board Members Must Be Confirmed In A 4/5ths Majority Vote, As A Member Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors In The First Annual Board Meeting Following The Chairman’s Appointment.  The Board Of Directors May Never At Any Time Exceed 25 Sitting Members.  The Director, Chief Executive Officer, Of The International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ) Shall Always Serve As The Chairman Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors.

Executive Officer Or Commissioned Officer In No Way Insures Suitable Qualification Or Final Acceptance.  The Final Decision Whether A Officer Candidate Will Be Confirmed As A Member Of The I.S.A. Leadership Rests Fully & Finally In A 4/5ths Majority Vote Of The Sitting I.S.A. Board Of Directors For Executive Officers and 50% Majority Vote Of The Sitting I.S.A. Board Of Directors For Commissioned Officers.  The Chairman Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors May Appoint Conditional Commissioned Officers Only For Terms Less Than One Year, As Needed & Required, But Such Appointed Commissioned Officers Must Be Confirmed In A 50% Majority Vote, As Commissioned Officers Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors In The First Annual Board Meeting Following The Chairman’s Appointment.  The Director, Chief Executive Officer, Of The International Space Agency ( I.S.A. ) Shall Always Serve As The Chairman Of The I.S.A. Board Of Directors.

Board Members and then a 50% or greater vote of the sitting I.S.A. Board of Directors.     Must Provide:  1) Full Legal Name  2) Full Legal Address  3) Home & Work Numbers  4) Personal & Work Email  5) Date of Birth  6) Resume & 5 Years Credentials  7) One page outline of "Why You Want To Be A Part Of The I.S.A. Organization"  8) Signed & Legally Witnessed or Notarized letter Officially Requesting to be considered as a Candidate for Employment.  9) Signed Recommendation of 1 sitting Member of the I.S.A. Board of Directors or an Executive Level Officer of the I.S.A. (18 to 20 years of age considered on case by case basis)    Must Have: High School Diplomia or Assciates Degree; or posses 2 years of Work Experience; or have the Signed Recommendation of 2 sitting I.S.A. Board Members and 50% or greater vote of the sitting I.S.A. Board of Directors.  Must Provide:  1) Full Legal Name  2) Full Legal Address  3) Home & Work Numbers  4) Personal & Work Email  5) Date of Birth  6) Resume & 5 Years Credentials  7) One page outline of "Why You Want To Be A Part Of The I.S.A. Organization"  8) Signed & Legally Witnessed or Notarized letter Officially Requesting to be considered as a Volunteer Officer Candidate.  9) Signed Recommendation of 1 sitting Member of the I.S.A. Board of Directors or an Executive Level Officer of the I.S.A. Organization.  10)  Application must be sent by Certified or Registered Postal Mail and "All Documents" must be originals in the Applicants Hand Writing or Signed & Notarized by the Applicant.  *Any Volunteer Officer Candidates can be appointed by the I.S.A. Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Organization, Rests Fully & Finally In A 50% or greater Majority Vote Of The Sitting I.S.A. Board Of Directors.  The Chairman Of The Board Of Directors May Appoint Conditional Volunteer Officers For Terms Less Than One Year, As Needed & Required, But Such Appointed Volunteer Officers Must Be Confirmed In A 50% or greater Majority Vote, As A Volunteer Officer Of The I.S.A. Organization In The First Annual Board Meeting Following The Chairman’s Appointment.

Must Be:  At least 18 years of age at the time of application, Or 14 to 17 years of age with Parents or Legal Guardians Written Approval     Must Provide:  1) Full Legal Name  2) Full Legal Address  3) Home & Work Numbers  4) Personal & Work Email  5) Date of Birth  6) Resume & 2 Years Credentials  7) One page outline of "Why You Want To Be A Part Of The I.S.A. Organization"  8) Signed & Legally Witnessed or Notarized letter Officially Requesting to be considered as a Candidate for Volunteer Position.  9) Signed Recommendation of 1 sitting Member of the I.S.A. Board of Directors or an Executive Level Officer of the I.S.A. Organization.  10)  Application must be sent by Certified or Registered Postal Mail and "All Documents" must be originals in the Applicants Hand Writing or Signed & Notarized by the Applicant.  *All Volunteer Candidates will be appointed by the Chairman, only need 50% or greater votes of the sitting I.S.A. Board of Directors to be Accepted.
